Villagers now offers space rentals at the shop for community evening events. Availability changes week to week, and a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice of interest is required. Rental fee is a donation of $20-$40 per hour sliding scale. A deposit is due 7 days prior to event, with fee paid in full no later than the day of the event. Renter shall clean up, and return the space to how it was when they arrived, will need to bring all of their own cups, plates, trash bags, etc if applicable, and remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue, upon departure. Maximum capacity for events at the shop is 30.
For events, we create an open floor plan, and can provide the following: 1 love seat, 1 full couch, folding chairs, and folding tables. You will also have access to a kitchenette with stainless steel sink and electric tea kettle, and a bathroom.
