Humans have prayed and healed with smoke for thousands of years. Herbal smokes can be powerful allies for mental and emotional balance, relaxation, as well as supporting the respiratory system.
We will be blending beautiful flowers and herbs, learning of the plants healing properties and smoking them~
We will make a prayer smoking blend called Beautyway Blend and everyone will be taking some home, as well as enjoying it together in circle. This blend is designed for sweetness, blissful states and calming of the mind as well as supporting lung function. We will also blend and be taking home a sample of Winter Solstice Prayer blend.
Lena lives in Ashevillle, NC passionately bringing Nature-Based Rites of Passage and Empowerment Programs for girls and women of all ages. She is the founder and director of local non-profit Earth Path Education (earthpatheducation.com) where we listen to the earth as our wisest mentor, offering Nature Connection and healthy village building for all ages, through strengthening relationships with one's true nature, the earth and community.
