In this interactive class Jill TrAshley, founder of The NOHM Elixir Bar, will discuss the importance of fresh and seasonal herbs in mixology while going over many menstrums as vehicles for extraction and preservation. We will taste extracts, mix up unique formulas to take home and receive an introduction to herbal bartending 101. Folks will walk away with the know how to build their own botanical bar at home and honor the seasons while doing so! Jill is currently diving into astro herbalism, psychedelic plant studies and wildcrafting in the greater London area of the UK. There is no telling what stories and remedies she will be bringing back to share. She is looking forward to giving this class a sneak peak of her findings across the pond!
