Cheese, Yogurt, Bread, + Kombucha Starter Cultures
Chèvre is a soft and creamy spreadable cheese traditionally made with goat milk. It makes a delicious spread for crackers and breads as well as an excellent dip for vegetables. Chèvre is easy to make and a perfect option for both beginning and experienced cheese makers.
- Each box contains 4 packets, each packet contains both starter culture and rennet.
- Use 1 packet of chevre starter with 1-4 quarts of fresh goat milk.
- Cultures at room temperature, 72º-77ºF, no appliance required. Avoid using ultra-pasteurized or UHT milk.
- Direct-set (single-use) culture, no maintenance required.

Feta: Specially-formulated freeze-dried culture blend for creating Feta cheese at home! Feta makes a great addition to salads or entrees!
- Each box contains 8 packets of direct-set starter culture - rennet not included. - Use 1 packet with 1-4 quarts of goat milk (other milk types can be used as well)

Kombucha: Brew delicious, organic kombucha at home and save money! Commercial kombucha sells for $3+ per bottle. Using our kombucha starter culture you can brew your own kombucha for $2 per gallon.
When combined with sweetened tea and fermented, the resulting kombucha beverage has a tart zing that can be flavored in a variety of ways!
Each box contains 1 dehydrated kombucha starter culture (SCOBY) and 10 pH strips.
Cultures at 68° - 85°F.
Initial batch must culture for 30 days. Subsequent batches culture in 7-30 days.
This starter requires white cane sugar, plain black tea, and distilled white vinegar for culturing. Reusable culture - transfer the culture (SCOBY) from batch to batch. With proper care, the culture can be used indefinitely to create delicious, fermented tea!
