1.7.2023 // Learn to Crochet w/ Persephone Kuinsey // 2-5p

Join us Saturday, January 7th for a beginning level crochet class! We will cover how to choose a hook and yarn, how to read a crochet pattern, and four basic crochet stitches. This class offers foundation form and techniques to get you started on your journey, and hopes to offer you the resources necessary to start a basic beginners project of your very own. The class cost covers instruction, a crochet hook, and a skein of wool yarn. 

About Persephone: 

Persephone is a 25 year old mother of two, and (mostly) self taught fiber artist who lives in Celo, North Carolina with her partner, children, and two dogs.She has been passionate about fiber arts since the age of nine, when she first learned to knit. She's been crocheting for about twelve years, and is a firm believer in always having a project somewhere on your person. It's great for the mind, good for your hands, and excellent for your social life-- On top of all that, it will eventually transmute into a unique piece of art. She loves to craft, loves to teach, and loves handmade art of all types.
