Learn to make your own cheese! In this class, we make three popular cheeses: feta, mozzarella, and chèvre (goat cheese). We'll talk cheese-making basics and best practices over pots of warm milk, go over the process for making these three cheeses step-by-step, and end with a sampling of tasty home-made cheeses. Feta, mozzarella and goat cheese are not only delicious and versatile; making them is also a great preparation for learning to make hard(er) cheeses down the line.
