**CLASS CANCELLED**Have you tried vermicomposting but it turned smelly? During this course we will review the necessary balances to compost your scraps. Vermicompost bins can indoors or outdoors. We will review each of the benefits. Different styles of worm bins. Wondering what to feed your worms? The worms favorite foods will be discussed. Answering your questions to be a successful vermicomposter is our mission.
$10-20 advance/ $15-20 door
Hassena has been growing, foraging and worm farming for awhile. She relocated to WNC from the Southwest. While in Phoenix she completed and AOS degree as an Herbalist, Urban Farmer and Nutritionist. With a love of the desert she became a certified Desert Landscaper, Water Harvester and ISA Certified Arborist. And with a love of nature, decided to embark on a journey to greener pastures, purchasing a farm near Hot Springs where she is building vermicomposting furniture and smaller bins for friends, family and commerce.
Cancellation by Villagers:
If a class needs to be cancelled because (1) it does not meet the minimum number of registrations or (2) due to inclement weather, you will be notified by email 24 hrs in advance. Please check your email 24 hrs prior to class. For cancellations by Villagers, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation by Student:
If you cancel within 48 hrs of the class, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Cancellations with less that 48 hrs notice are not eligible for a refund.
If you do not show up and do not give notice, your registration fee will be treated as a donation to the teacher and the shop.
