Join us for an inspiring class about Sauces! Peanut and tahini sauces, medicinal herb pestos, creative vinaigrettes, nut cheeses, salsas, there are so many options for how to enhance our meals! Chelsea will share her own recipes and also techniques for experimentation. There will be samples and your meals will be forever more enjoyable.

$15-30 per person, sliding scale

Chelsea Monarda Fox is passionate about spreading the gospel of beneficial bacteria, hosting community gatherings, eating wild foods, teaching earth based education & mindful eating. In the past, she worked as the creative director for Farmstead Ferments, a small fermented food business and was graced with the opportunity to hone in her fermentation skills & teach fermentation classes. Currently she enjoys hosting mindful eating blind dinners, growing and preserving food for her community, and gathering wildflowers.
