Come gather around the Villagers Hearth to craft your own Cordials! These sweet creative herbal beverages emerged out of the Renaissance period and have been worked with to invigorate and revitalize the heart, body, mind, and spirit. 

In this class, you will learn about the history of Cordials, how to make your own, plus you will go home with your own creative concoction to share with friends and family. 

This class will be taught by Stephanie Hein, owner of Wise Earth Way, a seed to bottle herbal remedy company located in Weaverville, NC. Stephanie is a No-Till Farmer and trained Herbalist in the traditions of Scientific Herbalism, Vitalism, Folk Traditions, and the Wise Women tradition of nourishing the mind, body, and soul. In order to have equitable access, we offer all of our classes at a sliding scale as a way to make our classes more affordable to more people. The sliding scale is a simple tiered pricing system that allows people to choose the price they are able to pay, within a specified range. Pay what you can, no one is turned away for lack of funds.


Cancellation by Villagers:

If a class needs to be cancelled because (1) it does not meet the minimum number of registrations or (2) due to inclement weather, you will be notified by email 24 hrs in advance.  Please check your email 24 hrs prior to class.  For cancellations by Villagers, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation by Student:

If you cancel within 48 hrs of the class, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.  Cancellations with less that 48 hrs notice are not eligible for a refund.

If you do not show up and do not give notice, your registration fee will be treated as a donation to the teacher and the shop.
