Join us for Part One of our September Wild Foods Preservation series!
Fall is filled with an abundance of herbs and plants that are great tonics to be prepared for nourishment to get us through the winter. Vinegars, powders, salts and syrups are a great way to nourish and diversify our bodies with the healing magic of the plants from our own backyards and our mountains. We will sample many simple and delicious foraged tonic herbs through vinegars, powders and salts and more. I will give you many easy and delicious recipe ideas and a few samples. Learn how to create and use these at home in ways that you and all your loved ones can enjoy. We will talk about and taste much of the wildness you can harvest through the last bit of the green season.
