As the growing season approaches, canning is a wonderful skill to have! Come learn the art and science of canning fruit, vegetables and even meat! We will discuss basic technique, safety, water bath canning versus pressure canning and creative recipes. Chelsea will demonstrate a canning project and share some delicious samples from her pantry.
