In this class we will make various forms of chocolate. We will use cacao paste and cacao powder to make chocolate medicine balls and a hot chocolate elixir. Each will include a variety of herbs and superfoods, some of which are locally foraged and wildcrafted. We will be making enough for everyone so save some appetite to try these tasty treats. Home-made chocolates make great gifts and treats for the upcoming holiday season!
$20-30 per person, sliding scale. Additional $5 fee to register at the door.
