Join us for a inspiring workshop on how to become a vegetable fermentation artist! The class will focus on the practical application of vegetable fermentation techniques including the skills needed to make the cabbage-based ferments, kraut & kimchi. Class attendees will have the opportunity to make their own quart jar of kraut to take home and will leave with the knowledge of how to experiment further in their home kitchen. Come with questions, failed ferment stories and recipe ideas! Students are asked to bring one wide mouth quart jar to the class.
