Stephanie Poetter is the co-owner of Locally Good Farm in Burnsville, NC, with her husband Patrick. She has been making all natural bath, body and household products for 16 years. Her exploration into vinegar creation started 2 years ago when she was searching for an ACV that not only had the health benefits she enjoyed, but tasted delicious too! Stephanie has a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Kansas, but has spent most of her time in the food industry working in restaurants, grocery stores, and now as a farmer. Locally Good Farm can be found at the Yancey County Farmers’ Market as well as various stores around Asheville. When not working, Stephanie can be found hiking with Patrick and her beautiful baby boy Finnegan.
